The structural (sandwich) wall panels with firm polyurethane foam insulation are bordered by an outer 0.5 mm galvanized steel cover and an inner 12 mm high-gloss white block board cover in normal or waterproof design depending on the place of settlement. The fine shaping of the panel edges provides an airtight, gapfree, and efficiently insulating installation.

The gross thickness of the panels measures 100 mm, the polyurethane foam inside is 88 mm. This structural build has a heat conductivity factor of U=0.35 W/m²K which equals that of a 44 cm POROTHERM brick wall with bilateral plaster, bedded in insulating mortar.
