Installation
Settling does not need a foundation, just the under-carriage frame needs to be wedged up by concrete profiles to provide horizontal setting and to avoid sagging. It has to be bucked up at the wheels to relieve the tire's load, and the racks at the corners must also be released to prop up the building. Because of the distance from the ground it is useful to set a stair or a terrace in front of the entrance. After the assembly the systems of the house should be attached to the water pipe, drainage and electric network. The houses demand quite minimal maintenance.
